Training like an athlete

Hi again,
This e-book by Nash Kramer is about how different sports people ( David Beckham, Serena Williams, Tiger Woods, Ian Thorpe) train to be the best in their sport. Find out what makes each of these people in this book such a good athlete.
" Practise, practise, practise" is David´s motto.
"What you put in is what you get out" is Ian´s motto.
The Olympic motto is " Citius, Altius, Fortius" " Faster, Higher, Braver".
Are you a sporty person?. What is your motto?.
This book is a great way to think on those values athletes need to take part in the Games.
