"Tell me about yourself" is a very common phrase that you'll hear !! What do you say when they ask you to talk about yourself? One of the most important skills in a new language is introducing yourself.

" Back to School " concert with BlueSmoke Band

Hi all!
Last Friday, we were  invited to attend a cool Back-To-School concert with  four guys who call themselves "BlueSmoke". It was a fun way for all of us to really going back to school .We all had a great time listening to them . They are great !

We had the chance to listen to famous songs:
"Imagine"
"What a wonderful world!"
"Stand by me"
"We will rock you"
"Don´t worry, be happy"
"RadioActive"
" Say something"
"All of me"
" Counting stars"

We learned the importance of learning English with songs too. We had to answer some questions:
Is English important?
Is English easy to learn?
Is your English good?
How do you learn English?
Do you want to be better at English?
And Brenda explained how to improve our English with songs.

Teachers at Central Elementary School in Roxana had some fun recently making a video based on the song called The Fox, better known as “What Does The Fox Say?” by a duo from Norway called Ylvis. This version, called What Does The Teacher Say?, was made to inspire kids to be on time, get their sleep and do their best.

 This song has been called " the song of the summer " and compared to " Gangnam Style".

It´s really easy to understand . You must watch this video because this  song by Norwegian brothers Ylvis is amazing and funny.
